Fish feed making machine is used for processing for dogs and cats (pet food), birds, piglets, frogs, sinking and floating aquatic feeds for fish. Which is high and new technical program as to catch the developing pet food market. This line is fully automatic, high capacity and with different of shapes. It can produce such as cat food, dog food, fish food, bird food and so on.

Machine Functions

Can be divided into 2 types: small Dry plant and Large wet type plant. In accordance with what extruder you choose.

Wet type: super automation control and high production efficiency, it's the best choice for medium and big sized feed mill and breeding farms. This processing line can produce various kinds of pellets for different varities of fishes inclusing halibut pellets, catfish pellets, catcarp pellet, trout pellets, hemp pellets, csl pellets, etc.

Dry type: it has the same application with wet extrusion plant (manufacturing fish feed in commercial aquaculture, providing balanced nutrition for farmed fish.)but with smller production capacity(180-200kg/h). therefore it is mostly favored by owners of small scale fish farms tha have lower requiment on the prcessing technique technique and output.

Low capacity machine can be customize the motor, like Diesel engines,Electric engine.

Wear-resisting screw and sleeve:High temperature resistant alloy steel material treated by hardening, has advantages of abrasion resistance and long life.

Feed floating time more than 24hours:With this machine, the inflated feed particles are tidy and smooth, keep floating over the water for more than 24 hours.
